I need a strong diet plan to lose weight and gain muscle?
Im having surgery so i cant play football for the season i need monthly diet plans and uperbody exercises to lose the gut and man boobs. By when im able to practice ill be in shape and ready to go.Is their any special things ill need to eat if so plz tell me.I have like 4-7 months to lose like 50-60 pounds. I know it aint really healthy but i am very impateint.
P.S. I really cant run cause the surgery is being done on my foot from a football game incident.
Try a pro protein diet:
Incorporate 4-5 protein shake or protein bar into your diet. with condensed regular meals, making them smaller.
I was able to lose 50lbs in 6 months, with semi regular exercise.
Protein can become fat, but that is only if you over do it. I am not sure exactly how much, but the figure should be close to 2-3x your weight.
I take close to 1-2x my weight because I workout and want to keep my muscle, and repair the ones I tear when I work out.

A. Unfortunately, losing fat and gaining muscle are conflicting goals. Building muscle requires eating more calories than you burn while losing fat requires eating less calories than you burn. When you’re trying to lose fat and reducing calories, you won’t be taking in the number of calories your muscles would need to grow larger.
That isn’t to say that if you lose fat, you have to lose muscle too or that you can’t get stronger while trying to lose weight. If you follow a balanced program that includes cardio, strength training and flexibility and make sure you’re getting adequate protein, you’re on the right track.
When it comes to setting your goals, you can either choose to gain muscle or to lose fat.
