not muscle loss, but fat!!
6oz. of protein 10 oz of salad 4oz of fruit or vegetabl and only oone tablespoon of salad dressing on the salad. my mmmy lost 30 pds in 1 1/2 months

what is a good exercise to loss fat on your stomach ?

I would like to lose a couple of inches of my stomach.
